1. Introduction
Epopsio is an enterprise logistics, telemetry, fleet, delivery, and cold-chain operations platform. Epopsio operates the platform to help authorized organizations manage assigned work, monitor operational progress, track field activity during approved workflows, and maintain audit records. The software is developed by Businessizers New.
This policy describes the information handled by Epopsio Driver Mobile, this public website, and related authenticated platform services where applicable.
2. Scope
This policy covers Epopsio Driver Mobile, the Epopsio public website, and related authenticated platform services used by authorized client organizations, administrators, dispatchers, and drivers.
Driver Mobile accounts are typically assigned or managed by the driver's employer or authorized client organization. That organization may also apply its own privacy, employment, operational, or compliance policies.
3. Information Provided by Users
Depending on the user's role and the enabled workflow, Epopsio may handle information provided by users, including name, email address, phone number, login credentials, driver profile information, delivery confirmation information, OTP verification input, Not Delivered or exception reasons, selected delivery or exception evidence, and support communications.
Users should provide only information required for the assigned operational workflow.
4. Location Information
Epopsio Driver Mobile uses location information for Active Trip execution. Location supports route navigation, arrival detection, operational monitoring, delivery progress, compliance review, recovery after lifecycle or network changes, and route-related support for assigned manifests and shipments.
Location may continue while an Active Trip is running and the app is minimized through an Android foreground service. During active tracking, Android may show a persistent notification. Tracking begins and ends according to the approved Active Trip workflow.
Epopsio does not use Driver Mobile location information for advertising, and location information is not sold.
5. Device and Technical Information
Epopsio may process technical information required to operate and protect the platform, including device identifier or device association, app version, operating system information, IP address, login and session information, error and diagnostic logs, notification delivery information, browser or device metadata, and security event information.
This information is used to authenticate users, protect sessions, diagnose operational issues, maintain auditability, and support reliable platform operation.
6. Operational and Logistics Information
Epopsio processes operational records required for logistics and telemetry workflows, including assigned manifests, shipments, approved routes, stops, delivery status, OTP result, Not Delivered reasons, return, lost, stolen, and Damaged Package reasons, driver confirmations, vehicle, device, and sensor associations, cold-chain readings, alerts, notifications, audit records, and related timestamps.
These records are used to execute and document authorized operational work. Driver Mobile does not own route authority and does not change stop order outside approved backend-controlled workflows.
7. Camera, Photos, and Files
Epopsio Driver Mobile may request camera access to scan shipment labels or capture operational evidence. It may allow the user to select images for delivery or exception evidence when that workflow is available.
Camera, photo, and file access is used only for the user-selected operational purpose, such as shipment scanning or uploading selected evidence for a delivery or exception workflow. The app does not use this access for advertising.
8. Notifications
Epopsio may use notifications for Active Trips, stop arrival, delivery operations, workflow updates, alerts, security notices, account notices, and platform communication. Driver Mobile may show persistent foreground-service notifications while active tracking is running.
Notification content is limited to operational context needed by the intended recipient, subject to role and organization access controls.
9. How Information Is Used
Epopsio uses information for authentication, assigned-work execution, route and delivery operations, safety and operational monitoring, cold-chain monitoring, notifications, reporting, audit and compliance, support, security, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
Epopsio does not use personal data for third-party advertising.
10. Legal and Business Basis
Epopsio processes information for legitimate enterprise operational purposes, authorized service delivery, account and platform security, compliance and audit needs, support, and other lawful business purposes. Specific legal obligations may vary by customer organization, location, and operational context.
12. Data Security
Epopsio uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS or encrypted transmission, authentication, authorization and RBAC, organization isolation, audit logging, and restricted administrative access.
No system can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. Users and client organizations should protect account credentials and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
13. Data Retention
Epopsio retains information for the operational relationship and as needed for audit, compliance, security, support, fraud prevention, legal requirements, and client organization configuration. Retention may vary by record type, organization requirements, and applicable obligations.
Audit records may be retained as immutable historical evidence where required for operational accountability.
14. Data Deletion and Account Requests
Users may request access, correction, deletion, account deactivation, or privacy assistance by contacting support@epopsio.com. Driver Mobile accounts may be managed by the user's employer or authorized client organization, so some requests may need to be handled through that organization.
Some records may be retained where required for legal, compliance, fraud prevention, audit, security, or legitimate operational purposes.
15. Children
Epopsio is an enterprise operational application and is not intended for children.
16. International Processing
Information may be processed in countries where Epopsio, client organizations, or approved service providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards for the service being provided.
17. Third-Party Services
External mapping, navigation, hosting, messaging, notification, and infrastructure services may process limited information required for their functions. Those services are used only as needed to provide platform capabilities such as routing, map display, communication delivery, hosting, and operational support.
18. Policy Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. When the policy changes, the Last Updated date will be revised.
