Reasonable efforts are made to maintain service availability. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, upgrades, infrastructure, network conditions, security events, or third-party service issues. Epopsio does not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
12. Third-Party Services
Epopsio may use mapping, navigation, hosting, messaging, email, SMS, notification, and infrastructure services to provide platform functions. Availability and operation of those services may be subject to their own terms and controls.
13. Updates and Changes
Features, workflows, and these Terms may be updated. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the Last Updated date. Continued authorized use after an update may constitute acceptance where legally permitted.
14. Suspension and Termination

15. Disclaimers
Operational decisions remain the responsibility of authorized organizations and users. Epopsio does not replace professional legal, safety, compliance, transport, or emergency services.
Platform information depends on Device, network, Sensor, third-party, and user-provided inputs. Authorized organizations and users should apply appropriate operational judgment and verify information when necessary.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law and any governing commercial agreement, liability relating to the service is limited. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where applicable law does not permit that exclusion or limitation.
17. Indemnity
Subject to applicable law and governing commercial agreements, organizations and users may be responsible for claims, losses, or costs arising from their misuse of the service, unlawful content, or breach of these Terms.
18. Governing Agreements
Enterprise customers may also be subject to a subscription agreement, service agreement, order form, data processing agreement, or support agreement. If these Terms conflict with a signed commercial agreement, the signed commercial agreement governs to the extent stated in that agreement.
